I met Douglas through a referral by my friend. I never thought I would be needing his help but when my vehicle (SUV) gave me headaches , I said I must call Douglas. The minute I told him my case and the times my van broke down, he was eager and was really willing to help me. I told him that I needed to talk to my husband first and so, we patiently waited for him. Though my husband was a bit irritable because I was stuck again in the repair shop for the fifth time, Douglas didn't lose his professionalism. He was giving us advice in a professional way. When the case was going on, he gave us updates from time to time and we were very thankful that he was very transparent with us. Purchased a new travel trailer in June 2012. After numerous issues and continuous trips back to the dealership for repairs under the factory waranty (101 days out of service), we decided to retain an attorney to research the lemon law. Afer some research, we found Doug Law and couldn't have been more satisfied. From the first phone call we knew we were in good hands. We submitted all of our paperwork/service invoices over to him and he agreed to work the case at no charge to us, no matter the outcome. Within 30 days the dealership and manufacturer agreed to buy the trailer back from us and issue a check for all payments (monthly, down and registration) we made. All attorney's fees were also paid.
