Eric Weitzen has worked with my family on trusts and wills over the past fifteen years or so. He has always been ahead of the curve on the ever-changing tax code and its implications for my family. This attorney drafted a living trust for us more than 10 years ago. Today, his wish is to redraft the entire document rather than to simply adjust beneficiaries. He wants to charge us as if we had nothing already in place. We see nothing wrong with the wording in the original document.
