When searching for a trust attorney I came across Maya Pinchman at Ratners & Pinchman.  What an amazing experience after an arduous search for a trust attorney! She gave me all the time on the phone to hear my case and offered great options without an initial hourly fee.  I knew I had found the right person to help me with setting up my trust.  She offered excellent solutions for my situation and was great with the execution of my trust.  Maya is kind, understanding and professional.  She has always been available to promptly answer my questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone that would like to acquire an honest and competent attorney.

I was going through a horrific time dealing with my father's illness and countless people who made everything worse, and then I found Maya and she literally saved my father’s estate and me from overwhelming stress. She walked us through the whole process step by step. She even worked with my mother’s financial advisor and CPA to transition her living trust into two new trusts for us. I cannot recommend Maya Pinchman any higher. When my mom’s circumstances changed where she required higher care and could no longer live on her own, my sisters and I were overwhelmed. We were receiving so much information from every direction on how to help my mom. We did not know anything about Medi-Cal. We were referred to Maya and she met with my sisters and I. She helped us maneuver the system and did the heavy lifting to get my mom Medi-Cal approved. What a stress reducer! With everything else we had to handle with my mom’s care, this was one thing we left to an expert and I am so glad we did.
