We feel so fortunate to have found Maya Pinchman. We can't say enough good things about her. She was straightforward; she explained things clearly, and was upfront about the process and the cost. She was incredibly responsive throughout and guided us every step of the way. She got us the results we wanted. On top of that she was kind and friendly. In short she was great.

I highly recommend Milda for legal assistance. She provided me with exceptional service as it relates to estate planning. She was very patient with all of my questions, informative, and most of all, comprehensive with her explanations. I was initially overwhelmed with the entire estate planning process but Milda made it easy and much more manageable. You can't go wrong by working with her!

After moving from another state we needed to update our estate documents to align with CA law. This was complicated by my spouse's dementia. Maya Pinchman was great to work with. She was very patient and thorough in helping me work through issues. She always made sure that I was comfortable that our estate intentions were properly addressed. And she was very solicitous of my feeling during this painful transition.

My father worked with Maya Pinchman in the summer of 2021 to update his estate plan. He authorized my brother and me, who are serving in fiduciary capacities, to also work with Maya to ensure that the documents met his wishes. Simply put, we had a wonderful experience working with Maya. Maya listened carefully to all of my father’s wishes and offered thoughtful suggestions on how his objectives might be met, while keeping in mind ways to simplify the eventual administration of the plan. With his permission, she worked closely with his financial planner to ensure that financial matters such as asset titles and beneficiaries were consistent with the legal plan. Maya made herself available (outside of business hours if needed) to family members living in three states and two time zones. She went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible for my father, who has some mobility issues. For example, she made house calls to determine his needs and to obtain signatures and notarize documents. Once the documents were final, she stayed in touch and was kind enough to stop by to notarize bank paperwork—even going so far as to drop the paperwork at the bank for my father! To top it all off, Maya is a warm and friendly person, and we all felt comfortable with her immediately. As a family, we wholeheartedly recommend Maya to any family in need of estate planning services.

Maya was a great help through a number of trust and Medi-Cal issues. She was always quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable. She also has a great network to tap into for issues that fall outside her domain. Her referrals were excellent.

Ratner and Pinchman were very knowlegeable in Elder Care and provided us a trust for my moms estate. They also helped notorize the Power of Attorney and Medical forms needed to assist my Mom with her transition to Assisted Living. When helping an aging parent its nice to have someone you can trust facilitate all the legalities. They were great.

Estate planning is no easy task and definitely not something most individuals want to do during their spare time.
