We contracted the services of Charles (Chip) Purdy to help us with a civil case dealing with a property line, easement and property damage suit. The bottom line was that thanks to Chip's help, the other party ended up dropping the case and ended the case. What we were most pleased with was the pleasant, personal and responsive manner in which Chip dealt with the entire matter. He was upfront, honest, candid and immediately put us at ease in what was an extremely unsetting situation and the first time we had to deal with anything like this. He helped assure us and ensure we had a solid case such that we were able to end the case before ever having to go to court. I would recommend working with him and his staff.
