I would absolutely recommend Evan Gould and his firm for any labor & employment related legal matters. I recently received a Notice of Overpayment from EDD with an amount that nearly gave me a heart attack. I wasn't sure where to begin or what the process would be to appeal the ruling. I called around to a few different legal offices and Mr. Gould was the only one to call me back. He was very professional, kind, and personable during our talk and provided me with a few pointers on things to research to help begin my appeal. It was very much appreciated and I will certainly continue to work with Mr. Gould and take him up on his services as needed for my case.

I got financed for a car from a dealership as clean title no accidents. A few months later I got it professionally inspected, turns out it has some frame damage and paint damage from a previous collision. I tried to come to an agreement with the dealer myself, but they were not willing to help me unless I traded the car in for another used car. I called this office and spoke with a attorney and got the results I wanted ! Thank you to everyone at this office and a big thanks to Mr. Greg Babbitt for representing me during my settlement with the dealer. I am extremely satisfied with the results! Evan is very personable and professional. He explained the process in words I could understand and make decisions on how the process works and the pros and cons of how the result could end up. We won the case, his portion was upfront, no hidden or unexpected fees and my portion was a check I picked up at their office. He handled everything and there were no awkward or uncomfortable situations.

The attorneys at the Auto Fraud Legal Center were great. They were very attentive and kept me in the loop at every step of the process. My case became quite involved and required much more work than was anticipated, but they never relented, which resulted in a great outcome. I would highly recommend the firm, and if I’m ever in the situation in which I need an auto fraud attorney again, I will definitely utilize their services again.

I really love how lilia helped me she speaks Spanish and english very fluently any questions that i had she answered very quickly and very professional she repeated her self over and over until I understood what i was signing and reading i believe that she is the best ever i rate her from 1-100 a 1000% These people solved my case in a matter of months professionally and quickly!
