These guys do what they say they are going to do. There was no monkey business. They are up front and clear about their fees. Every case will have its own stipulations and hurdles to overcome; mine was a relatively Plain and simple case which resulted in a very quick settlement. This is a firm with strong financial backing, and attorneys who are proud of being good at what they do.

5/5 for me, I strongly recommend them to anyone who is the victim of auto frauds / dealer issues. My case lasted about 2.5 years and has recently been settled, thanks for the effort from Serena Aisenman and the partners. I can't say how much I appreciate their help, the firm took my case when no one else was willing to. I worked with Serena closely over the last few years, the process was never overwhelming, they did a perfect job of balancing the communication and the process so I only got pulled in when there's a meaningful update or action required from my side. I really appreciate them shielding all the noises from me as I have a very busy work schedule. They are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions throughout the process with appropriate context. Serena is always a quick phone call away whenever I had questions, and she gave great answers whenever I call so I feel I could always make informed decisions for my case. They do a really good job of breaking down the opportunities vs risks. Would definitely come back again if I had any other issues with cars (though, hopefully, I do not have to).
