Our experience with Rosner Barry &Babbitt was excellent we don’t believe we would have had the success we were able to obtain without their representation. Through the entire process, they made sure we were up to date on the statues of our case. I hope that anyone that is even questioning whether they have a case because they feel they have been wronged sees this post. Do NOT wait! Pick up the phone and call the Auto Fraud Legal Center and ask for Jason Stone. You will not regret making that call. Take it from me I contacted several attorneys and either I didn't hear back from them or I was given the run around which only wasted my time and made me angry. One phone call with valuable information and instructions provided me with factual information that I searched 2 years to find out. I was never asked for a penny out of my pocket. I contacted the Auto Fraud Legal Center here in San Diego with what I thought was a simple case of just making a dealership honor their used car warranty that came with the purchase. We came across Auto Fraud searching the internet in desperate need of a legal consultation. The dealership did not want to honor the warranty. Our experience from day one was stellar! David Herman and his staff did an awesome job, fast response, cooperative, friendly and very knowledgeable. The communication was excellent, and was given updates threw out case.
