During an uncertain time I was relieved to discover The Gould Firm. I presented an issue in which I was experiencing, and E. Gould contacted me promptly to discuss the matter over the phone as COVID-19 requirements were being adhered to. During our discussion I felt as though I was talking to someone I had known for years. Services provided were very professional and easy to understand for a simple plumber. I would definitely recommend this firm if someone was honestly done wrong and seeking a resolution as I was. Would not take the case and stated it was fishy. When I was the victim of a dealer not paying off a consignment car and not getting the title to the rightful owner. I would not recommend at all, as they could not even advise what to do next. Definitely not military friendly at all nor professional in their email correspondence.

I purchased a car - and a warranty - based on a car fax, which indicated no Accidents - which included a Car Buy Back Guarantee- The dealership would not honor the Warranty or the Car Buy Back Guarantee - I was willing to keep the car, if they honored the warranty, which they would not do, because of an accident that was not included in the CarFax. Needless to say I was livid, the dealership would not negotiate and called security and the police on me for absolutely no reason. I called the Auto Fraud Legal Center. Not only did they make them buy back the car, they made them pay back all the money I spent on the car, and got punitive damages. This took less than 4 months - during a Pandemic...this team is AMAZING! THEY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS and literally got me more than 10 times what I originally requested from the dealership. If you are seeking justice and have a legitimate claim, these guys will handle it efficiently and quickly...
