I would absolutely recommend Evan Gould and his firm for any labor & employment related legal matters. I recently received a Notice of Overpayment from EDD with an amount that nearly gave me a heart attack. I wasn't sure where to begin or what the process would be to appeal the ruling. I called around to a few different legal offices and Mr. Gould was the only one to call me back. He was very professional, kind, and personable during our talk and provided me with a few pointers on things to research to help begin my appeal.
