I was searching for an immigration attorney and came across Chetan Tanna’s listing. Chetan was insightful during the initial consult, and I decided to work with him for the various forms, documents and process required to file for a greencard. Chetan also advised my husband & I prior to the in-person interview process, which went relatively smooth despite being delayed due to covid. I would highly recommend Chetan to any one needing immigration services as we found him to be very knowledgeable and straightforward.

My co-worker recommends me contacting Chetan regarding a fairly complicated H1B re-selection case. He picked up my phone call and started to address my concerns right away. Among all lawyers I have contacted so far, he is the only one who understood the problem from all perspectives immediately. Over the phone call, he has provided a thorough and detailed plan for me and walked me through all the associated consequences. He is knowledgable, patient, professional and considerate when helping me. I even received a follow-up call from him so he can provide more information. I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say that it is very difficult to get a lawyer on the phone when you call - and it's completely impossible to do so on the weekend. Especially, when you need an answer right a way. Either that, or you google search your problem and read about all the terrible experiences everyone has had who were in a similar situation as you. Here is a little background on my situation so that you can have a reference point. I applied for a K-1 fiance visa and during our interview, we received a 221g blue form, which requests a lot of information. I had been previously married before but after separation, it took me almost two years to finalize my divorce. During separation, I met my now, fiance. So, there is an overlap. The consulate was not happy and they threw the blue 221g form at us. Luckily, we managed to book an appointment 3 weeks after our initial interview which was met with a refusal. But, her interview was on Monday night, our time and when I ran into a problem, I could not reach any sort of legal professional (this was on Saturday our time before the interview). I searched Google and found Mr. Tanna. I called and he answered. I explained my situation to him and he asked me to send him the papers and promised that he would call me back on Sunday so that everything would be ok for my fiance's interview on Monday. True to his word, Mr. Tanna called me on Sunday and explained everything to me. I was so grateful. Mr. Tanna went above and beyond what even my own personal lawyer would have done; he looked through everything I sent him and gave me advice, on a SUNDAY. Do you understand how significant that is? And he was kind, courteous and very professional. While, Mr. Tanna did not file for me, he did not mind helping me, free of charge, during this consultation. I will definitely be recommending anyone I know, to him and his firm. Thank you again Mr. Tanna. And for anyone wondering, we passed with flying colors. We were the only ones to pass that day, too.

I contacted Chetan Tanna when I needed help regarding my mother's green card status and travel requirements. His services were outstanding and exceptional. He gave me a well informed opinion with multiple options for her to retain her status. He gave me very valuable advise that it would be best for me to accompany her in her travel back to the US. This turned out to be extremely helpful. He is not among those lawyers who will charge you by the minute and seek advance payment even before you present your situation. For me, he provided the consultation quickly and for free. He will be billing when I seek his services for paperwork. I strongly recommend Mr. Tanna's services. He is thorough and quick to respond.
