I had numerous issues with my brand new Acura, and after multiple trips to the service department, they could not fix the problems. Corporate was not interested in assisting me. I had never done a Lemon Law and had no idea what to expect. I consulted with one Lemon Law Attorney and he did not want my case. He said Honda Corp was very hard to negotiate with. I felt defeated until I reached out to Rosner, Barry & Babbitt and I was contacted by Attorney Leonard Kolakowski. After listening to my concerns and reviewing all of my documentation, he took my case. Leonard was always very responsive to my emails and phone calls, explaining the steps along the way. I felt he did an excellent job representing me and even though the process was very long, the outcome of my case was better than I had anticipated.

A dealership sold me a car with a lot of problems that they promised to fix. They lied and said the repairs were done, but two days later the check engine and AWD system lights came back on and there was a puddle of oil under the engine. Rear main seal leak. Michael convinced the firm to take my case and was able to secure a settlement within a month. Fees were very reasonable. Very satisfied. Would definitely recommend and call them again if needed.
