I am so glad I hired Evan Gould! He was the first person I called after I was let go from my previous company, in the summer of 2019. I found Evan after a brief Google search for an “employment lawyer in San Diego”. Evan represents to me what the ideal lawyer should be: extremely knowledgeable of the law, but soft-spoken and personable instead of pushy or arrogant. His approach was just perfect, as it balanced an optimism of the possibilities, with a realism of how hard we should negotiate with my former employer. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome, in terms of my termination. And I made a friend for life in the process too! For his legal expertise and especially for his human side, I wholeheartedly recommend Evan Gould.

Evan provides a service like no other. As soon as you step in the door you feel welcomed and realize that he is there to listen and help. Absolutely amazing experience! When my employer terminated my employment, I found myself in very difficult situation as the employer was refusing to pay the severance that was outlined my employment contract. They cited several legal loopholes, and were determined not to pay. I attempted to resolve the issue myself with my former employer, but very quickly became overwhelmed by their corporate attorneys. Mr. Evan Gould is a great person to start with, he took the time to carefully listens to my case, and asked the right questions in order to provide a better evaluation of the situation. More in specific, he wen above in beyond in asking more details to get the right picture and assessment.
