Mr. Singer was an appointed lawyer for my son, a mentally ill prison inmate. He pulled out all stops to help my son get transferred to a prison closer to me and my wife so that we can visit him more. Mr. Singer is now a judge and he still returns my calls, though he is no longer able to represent our son. I pray for my son's early release so that he can receive better mental treatment than that available through the corrections system.

Mr SInger helped me resolve a battle I was having for many years with my neighbor. This was a real estate issue where my trees had grown and were encroaching on the neighbor's side and dropping stuff into their pool. We went to mediation and Singer worked out a good settlement for me and the trees were allowed to stay ant not be cut down!

I have dealt with lawyers in the past and this guy is the best of the best! Always responsive to my calls. Knowledgeable of the law and he did a GREAT job in my case. (He was brought in after my previous lawyer made a real mess of things.)

I contacted Mr. Singer after the last lawfirm I used completely flubbed my unlawful detainer case. Singer efficiently handled all aspect of the case and most surprisingly, he treated my tenant (the defendant) with respect and encouraged them to enter into an agreement to vacate, while leaving the rental intact!
