Scott helped with my prenuptial agreement. Throughout the process he was readily available and always got back to me quick when I had questions. He worked with what I wanted and added some good tips that I would have never thought of myself. Genuine person who wanted the best for my partner and I. Was a smooth process and would definitely recommend !

I don't highly recommend this attorney unfortunately. Difficult to get ahold of and her email responses came across pretty rude and insensitive. Continually reminding of the fact "we wouldn't have been in this spot had we hired a lawyer years ago to handle this, now we have to pay for the mistake. " Probably said that at least 5 times or something similar . Personally, when you hire someone to help out navigate legal issues that are completely foreign to you that are stresseful and expensive it would be nice to at least have someone to work with that feels like is on your side and explains things that are understandable to someone witout knowledge of legal terms. I've worked with plenty of lawyers where that is the case where they have empathy for you and you feel like someone has your back. Unfortunately that is not the case with this Attorney Andrea.

Highly recommend Scott for a fair, efficient, and peaceful divorce mediation process. After 3 interviews with other divorce mediators, I finally found Scott and my ex and I immediately agreed on using him. Scott was monumentally helpful in what has been one of the hardest times in my life. Both my schedule and ex husband’s are overwhelmingly busy, so i am eternally grateful for his patience throughout our time together and for helping us keep the momentum going. I know he mediated for many couples, but for each couple it’s such a unique and personal event. Thank you, Scott, for NOT making us seem like just another case for you.

I really do not know how I would have dealt with my divorce without the help of Scott. When my ex and I started the divorce journey we tried to be civil about everything but in the long run, we knew that we needed more help. One night I happen to Google mediation and Scott came up. I sent him a request for information at 10 PM on a Friday night and surprisingly by 1030 at night the same day, I got a response. Scott was upfront about his services and what he is allowed to offer as a mediator and what would be expected if I went forward with him. I appreciated how open he was and how fast he wasn't communication. Therefore, I did set up an initial consult with him and my ex. After our consultation, we decided to move forward with him. He was clear and upfront about his pricing and was able to make payment plan arrangements with us. The further we moved along in the process of divorce Scott explained every step of the way explain things down to a child level so we could understand everything we were doing and what was expected. Scott also was able to call each of out on our behaviors or of something wasn't right with numbers. Scott is even knowledgeable about military pay and retirements, and had my children's interest at mind in everything we did. Scott even checked on me after I emailed him asking if it was normal to be feeling certain ways after all the papers were filed. Scott is very fast at returning phone calls and emails in a timely manner and always so polite. I truly appreciate all of his help and support during this difficult time. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a mediator.
