Irina and her law office are outstanding. She is extremely professional, helpful, and well versed in all applicable laws. Before you try any other attorneys, give her a shot and you will see. Awesome!

She did our will--took longer than expected, and we had to follow up with her several times to get status updates. I called her on 8/10 to do a simple legal name change, and she took over a month to start the process, then hasn't responded to any emails since then. I called to follow up on 9/22, and she told me everything would be filed by the end of the week...and nothing. Just called back, and was told yet again that she was unavailable and they had no updates.

Overall I was pleased with our experience. Irina went above and beyond to help with our estate planning. She simplified the process and allowed multiple small edits until we were pleased with the final product. She is kind, intelligent and most importantly trust worthy.

Painstakingly Easy. This should summarize our experience with the estate planning Ms. Sherbak help establish for our family. This program had been on our mind to get set up for the longest time. Kept pushing it down the road for years. When the decision was made to go ahead and find the time to do our Trust and Estate Planning the search started. Looking at the numerous options available in San Diego, while taking a cautious approach towards the choice of providers, we stumbled over this young and dedicated Attorney. The maturity and professionalism made the decision truly easy for the both of us especially my spouse who asks more questions then a trial lawyer. It was truly an easy process the meeting was first held at Irina's Downtown Office and finalized at her Scripps location. Three meetings is all it took cost was very reasonable. We would recommend our friends to her office too. Highly recommended program for everyone and highly recommend Irina to handle it for anyone.
