Lack of communication and responsiveness
“Mr.Austin has been an awesome lawyer. He has tirelessly helped me with a felony assault case that I was actually the victim of and truely believed in My best outcome. I feel blessed to have a lawyer that helped me and gave me one hell of a break financially compared to other lawyers. I pray I never get in trouble again but if I do I will call Jacob Austin . Mr.Austin and his paralegal assistant Grant went way above and beyond for me and my family. Always made time for my questions and concerns and did not get annoyed but my relentless questions that did not revolve around my criminal case. Thank you guys !”

I've talked to Grant multiple times to convey messages to Mr. Austin that he either does not receive or doesn't care to respond or act to. Paid $7,500 for essential nothing.”
