Arvand Naderi himself was present in court for me as legal counsel for the prelim, and with great confidence and poise, he was the sole reason the prime witnesses statement was striken from the record. Arvands approach was impeccably clear and coherent, which made for the judges quick decision to dismiss the witness from the courtroom.
