Tania is nothing short of Amazing! We used her to get my wife's work permit & permanent resident card and she was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I don't think we could have successfully navigated all the paperwork on our own--it was much more complex than we had imagined! I have recommended her to everyone I encounter looking for an immigration attorney.

I got the chance to be a juror on of this guys cases. This guy know what he’s doing 1000%. From the way he would ask the question, to the way he presented himself. He gave off a mob lawyer vibe. Because of him because a good criminal defense attorney, it got me watching court case videos for a couple months after. I got dismissed from the juror so I didn’t get to see what happened. After a while, I randomly find his page on a insta ad and instantly recognize him. All his clients have outstanding results from his posts and from seeing him in action. I don’t think they’re fake. This guy is worth the money 100%. If anyone I know needs a lawyer, I’m recommending him every time.

Short Version: Arvand was recommended by a notable friend in the legal field. His actions supported their assessment of “the lawyer they would hire if in the situation”. He HANDLED everything with (what appears to be) ease and grace. He was direct and compassionate. I did not ever feel like he was ripping me off or trying to hustle me. My case isn’t a page turner but he still took me on as if it was. I felt SEEN and HEARD by Arvand. He is an EXCELLENT communicator and the LAW GUY one hopes to have on his side. WHAT HE IS NOT- is slimy, weird or dishonest. I will never have to utilize his services again, but I can say for those who may find the need, Arvand is the way to go. He is top tier in his profession and a true honorable man on top of it all! Long Version: I found myself in a legal situation and was in search of a lawyer to aid me. Through a friend, I had met with another high profile attorney downtown who wanted to rush into taking my case along with 15k, while half listening (I visibly saw him check emails 2 feet away from me) and promised an outcome. Uh, what? You are promising things without evidence etc, uh nope, I was out of there quick. Arvand was also highly recommended to me. Within moments of our first conversation, I could tell that Arvand was listening (without distraction) and gave me an understanding of how my situation would play out in the legal system. He didn’t mix words or anything. He is straight forward, BUT Arvand approached me human-to-human. He asked me to do my part and to allow him to do his part. Months passed and Arvand updated me as needed (when information came up). When it came to reviewing the evidence etc. (I think it is called the DISCOVERY) he, patiently, sat with me and went to work reviewing and discussing every detail. He educated me in the legal process along the way. The court date approached and Arvand gave me a very in-depth explanation of how the time was going to go and made me feel like I am going in well equipped. In court, I was able to see Arvand interact with everyone, the court staff…all of them. He has a fantastic rapport with everyone (yeah, everyone from the Prosecutor to the Judge to the Deputy and the Court Clerks). No one gave or had reason to give side eye. Arvand is just that man. While he is representing you, he also represents himself. I felt that he is a well-respected lawyer in the court system. As a client, that is EXACTLY who I want representing me. Someone who does their job well and earns (and maintains) the respect of others. The legal system is…interesting in our country. Arvand serves as a lawyer to educate and help those who reach out to him. Thank goodness for the day he decided to become a lawyer. I hope, for the sake of our world, more people in the profession use him as their guide. Side note- his staff is wonderful. Helpful and kind. I never felt judged by anyone. Arvand was amazing from when I first met him. He said he could help me at a time when I was hopeless and stressed out my mind. I was facing 4 felonies with 3 of them being strikes. I also had a prior strike. So needless to say I was fighting for my life. He said he was going to get me a diversion. When it came time for court he walked in and New everyone and you could see they respected him greatly. He commanded the court room and even had the judge listening to his speaking intently. He got me the diversion today and I thank him and his whole team. Without him I wouldn't have had a chance to see freedom again.
