I will forever be indebted to Arvand. Thanks to him and his legal expertise my son’s legal issue will not hinder his life. My son was involved in a legal matter that could have had a negative impact in his life. Arvand was there for my son and for myself. He told us from the first day if we needed anything to text him regardless of the time. I along with my son texted him a few times throughout the ordeal and he always replied. As a mother, I trusted Arvand 110% with my son’s case. He was patient and understanding with my 101 questions, I saw firsthand how dedicated and committed he was for my son. Where do I begin? I got in legal trouble and needed an attorney to fight for me. I contacted the law offices of Arvand Naderi. On Monday, December 30, 2019 I spoke with Arvand regarding my case. From the moment we discussed my case, I knew he was the attorney I needed to represent me. He immediately contacted LAPD and the court to inquire about my case status. On December 31, 2019 he contacted me personally to provide me a status update on what to expect and what needed to be done. I didn’t know what to expect and was nervous about the whole situation but having Arvand by my side and having him represent me, I felt at ease since I know I was in good hands. Not only is he sharp and knows the legal system like the back of his hand, he’s the attorney you want fighting for you.

Life can change in a second and ours did when our daughter got a DUI. We were at a scary, and confused time when we met Arvand. He was kind, compassionate, and reassuring. With a loved one that is struggling through an addiction and all the crime that goes with it, you find yourself saying, “What will be different this time?” and “Will this be the time time he gets put in jail for a very long?” Then of course there’s the “$&@#%#!!!” and more “$&@#%#.” This is the situation I found myself in. My “little” brother called and was in jail again. Our father just passed away so this call was a hard one for me. My brother told me that this time was going to be “bad” and he begged me to get him a lawyer ASAP. I have to be honest...I am afraid of lawyers and I especially didn’t know what to expect from a Criminal Defense Attorney. He helped me see that my brother just needed help and a chance to “get better” which he wouldn’t be able to do if he had to sit in prison for long. It was the first time in a very long time that I had some hope for my brothers future and did not feel like we were fighting the legal system alone and blindly. Because of Arvand’s expertise and hard work, he was able to get my brothers sentence cut down from 8 years to just 3 with credit for time served! He has given my brother his life back and I cannot thank him enough for all that he has done. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to hire Arvand again if I needed to, or refer him to friends and family.

When we fall into a situation where our lives can change in a negative way, it can be a bit overwhelming. I initially hired an attorney that was referred to me by an old friend. My case was seen at San Fernando courthouse. Oh, am I glad I found these guys! You don't know how important an attorney is until you REALLY need one. You also don't know how HARD it is to find an attorney that is specialized in a certain area of law. Most Lawyer's literally do everything, but sometimes you need a lawyer that knows one or two things incredibly well. You wouldn't go to your foot doctor for heart surgery would you; They're both doctors, aren't they? I didn't think so. Don't make the mistake and hire an attorney with little experience in a particular field you need them for; Los Angeles is full of them! I didn't no if I could afford legal representation, and I didn't know if what I could afford would even get me a good attorney? Everyone tells you what you want to hear to get your business, but I would rather hear what is needed to heard, especially when it comes to my rights and my freedom.
