Wow, I truly cannot thank Rebecca enough. My husband had an old case from 2015 that we both thought was resolved. We found out recently that it was not when we tried to hire an expungement lawyer. The expungement lawyer told us he couldn’t help because the case was on going. I googled lawyers who would able to help for his specific situation and came across Rebecca. She called me back within minutes. Before I even gave her a red cent she was already looking into the case and giving me advice on what she could do if I hired her. The second I sent her payment she was making phone calls. Within 24hrs she spoke to the clerk, probation officer, district attorney, the clerk again, the judge, and got the case dismissed. ALL WITHIN 24 HOURS. Looks like my first born child’s name will be Rebecca. I can’t thank her enough, I am eternally grateful.

In 2018 I got a DUI involving another car, I was charged with a felony DUI. I felt like the world was going to end, I was 24 (at the time of the accident), my BA was over 1.8, I was driving over 80mph, and I hit another car causing bruising on the passenger's leg. Rebecca has been a God-send. She doesn't just take on your case, she takes on YOU as a person. Even after years had passed since my case, she reached out to me when a new bill was passed to get my record expunged. Without her, I would have never even known that was possible. Now my record is cleared and I can more openly apply for better paying jobs and I even got off parole early. After my case stalled at the public defender's office for 9 months, I contacted Rebecca Feigelson of the Law Office of Rebecca. In less than a few days, Rebecca spoke to the lead district attorney and secured a dismissal for the criminal case and a recall for the bench warrant, both over 20 years old. After Rebecca put my case on the docket for the 26th, she referred my case to the public defender's office who appeared on my behalf (I live out-of-state) so I would not have to pay her. I've had the honor and pleasure of having Rebecca as my lawyer for a possible Marijuana DUI case. I am a law-abiding, career-focused professional who happened to just be in the wrong place at the wrong time. This was my first offense for anything ever in my life, and I was extremely worried and really lost on how the legal system made what felt like such a bad person out of me with not much options but to face the consequences, all for a charge that at the very least stood on very shaky ground. The only assurance I had throughout my entire ordeal was knowing that Rebecca was always there to provide the most outstanding legal assistance with every question, concern, and thought I had right from the beginning. WE WOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET THESE RESULTS WITHOUT A GOOD LAWYER! did I get your attention? if you are vacillating about fighting something on your own, DONT! In January my daughter who is a Nursing student on the Deans list was cited for possessing a fake ID. in San Francisco. This citation would mean the end of her nursing career as the license board will not issue a license with this on your record. We lived in southern California and had no idea who to turn to and what to do. We found Rebecca on Yelp and thank God. She went above and beyond for us and she managed to use her contacts in the DA's office and her great rap ore with the bailiffs at court to navigate the system for us and have the charges dismissed. She never failed to answer or return her calls and emails. She was patient and kind when we were a bit reactionary.I can not tell you what she saved us.. a nursing career, a major blemish on her drivers license, exurbanite insurance bills..list is endless. I had Rebecca today in contra costa county which is one of the most strict counties in the Bay Area , I went in the court room recalling the warrant that I had for 12 counts with a $202,000 bail and Rebecca got me to walk out without being remanded . I also have 4 different probations and that didn't stop her from getting what she promised me before going in the courtroom . She is also honest and trustworthy and the best lawyer I've came across , if you plan on winning a case or atleast getting the deal you want , Rebecca is the person

I was in a bad situation and after having talked with four defence attorneys, I chose Rebecca to represent me. I am so glad I did..... A day after we talked my case was dismissed and alleged evidence was returned. It seems Rebecca knows everybody in SF, from the DA to the county clerks. She is responsive, empathetic, and very knowledgeable. I feel her relationships really helped in my case, and now I am having her help to remove the record completely (fingers crossed). When faced with a completely unexpected situation in which my daughter was cited for a misdemeanor, we were at a loss as to who to contact to help.
