I called to schedule a visit and the operator
Got my name wrong then I call back to followed up . I wanted to schedule a visit in person cause my credit card was scam. I am waiting for replacement . No she doesn’t answer my call

Daniel and his staff were very responsive and helpful. They provided timely advice when I needed it to help me reach resolution of a difficult situation as quickly and cheaply as possible. I hope I never have to, but I would definitely seek Daniel’s counsel again if I needed.

Similar to another reviewer. $300 for a 5 min call, in which he said he would use the remaining time to review my case. After having the other firm send over my file, received no response for over two months even after following up on several occasions. Finally got a response that they can’t help and no they don’t have any other lawyer they can recommend. I don’t know if it’s because I am a very small case and not a big landlord, but this whole process felt disingenuous and dishonest.

The wonderful people setting up the meetings and schedule are amazingly promt, courteus and responsive. You just dont see that kind of service very often these days. Mr. Bornstein is just an ace. Topnotch. Cant say enough. Has helped me and been over the top kind while he is at it.
