LET ME TELL YOU. This is one lawyer who puts his money where his mouth is. I don't know about you, but I detest people who cater to your feelings so you don't get hurt. Not this man! He listens, he *knows the law*, and if there is something he's not familiar with he will acquaint himself with it before he even considers giving up (that might seem unnecessary to say but when you think of the typical lawyer who will ghost you because either your case is not promi$ing enough or they're not immediately familiar with the law concerning your situation, this man is a breath of fresh air). He won't force you to choose an option, but he'll give you his opinion on what's best for you and he'll tell you why. He definitely went way beyond the extra mile for me (particularly because he’s on the other side of my state’s map). His staff has been nothing but kind, helpful, caring and professional. I was rear-ended and injured in a hit and run accident, but I was fortunate enough to get the license plate of the car that hit me. The other insurance company accepted fault, but they were unwilling to make me a fair settlement offer (they offered $500). My case was a small one, so it was challenging to find an attorney to represent me. Mr. Rencher and his team took my case, and they did an excellent job representing me every step of the way. The system moves very slowly, but they never gave up. Mr. Rencher was heavily involved in the resolution of the case, and he clearly and patiently explained each step. After finding myself at fault of a significant injury accident, I sought help from the Rencher law group to help me with negotiations with injured parties. Mr. Rencher and his group did an excellent job reducing my out of pocket expense by half. The staff at Rencher law group were extremely responsive to my requests and I do consider them as my go to people in the future. It was not very easy to find someone that is willing to help when you are on the wrong side of a potential injury law suite. Most attorneys I contacted did not find my case attractive and did not want to get involved.
