Marc Pelta helped me get a result much better than I expected. He told me he only accepts cases he is confident he can help the client. He is very responsive which is critical.

Our son with no criminal record was arrested for DOMESTIC VIOLENCE and some other crimes in San Francisco on Memorial Day weekend and was placed in jail with a "no bail warrant" status because SF is against using bail. We had to find a very good, experienced attorney fast. We saw www.peltalaw.com and fortunately connected with Marc Pelta on a weekend! To make a long story short: Marc got our son released from the jail with no criminal charges filed. He was an excellent choice. We saw the e-mails he sent to the elected DA himself and he uses all his efforts for his clients & seems to know what he's doing.

Hiring Marc Pelta of Pelta Law was the best decision we made in this case. My husband was arrested on trumped up felony child endangerment charges because he was defending his mother from getting beaten up by some bikers. Marc was compassionate, understanding and listened to our concerns.
