I hired Marc for a personal matter. He is actually the second lawyer I hired. The first one didn't care and couldn't remember the details of my case. I fired my previous lawyer and hired Marc to clean up my previous lawyers mess. Marc is amazing. He zealously advocates for his clients. We really felt like he cared about us. He was up all night thinking about our case, consulting with other lawyers about how to get evidence admitted, and pushed back on the opposing side's lawyer who was extremely rude. Marc is a bulldog in the court room yet professional and reliable with clients. I would highly recommend him.

I called mr pelta because I wanted help with a domestic violence case. I was the victim but I didn't want to press charges and wanted the case dropped. He spoke to me in a very rude condescending way saying things like "am I the lawyer or you are the lawyer". I ended up resolving the case myself by calling the DA's office. .

Not only does Marc have voluminous knowledge from his decades of experience working in prosecution as well as defense, but he has the wisdom and common sense to provide the best guided solutions to one's particular case. I had a bizarre vehicle charge that stemmed from a clerical error in the DMV's bureaucracy; Marc was able to quickly make sense of the best approach and successfully had the entire charge dropped.
