I am so grateful that we got to work with Amie, and I cannot recommend more highly! My husband and I (gay couple) are from the India and the US respectively, living in SF. After we were married last year, we needed to look for legal assistance for his green card application. Neither of us had ever hired a lawyer of any kind and we were intimidated by the potential costs and the daunting process. It was also important to us that we work with someone who was especially comfortable and experienced with gay couples. We interviewed with about 5 lawyers but by far preferred our interactions with Amie. Not only did she seem more interested or invested in the specifics of our case than the other lawyers, but her pricing seemed more reasonable too. For example, she suggested that we not pay for her assistance for the in-person interview in the event that it get waived. Sure enough, it ended up being waived and that saved us a lot of money that the other lawyers were charging us as part of their standard package. Working with her office ended up being cheaper than our other options and the attention we got was much more personalized than what we felt like the other lawyers and firms could offer. Her and her small team were always available to answer our questions, no matter how small. We received our green card last month (about 10 months after applying)! We will definitely be seeking Amie’s assistance for the renewal of our green card in a couple of years, as well as working towards my husband’s citizenship. Thank you for everything, Amie!

After a really bad experience with another immigration law firm, we had Amie re-file for my wife's green card. The communication with Amie and her team was great throughout the process and the outcome was so much quicker than anybody had anticipated. It took less than 3 months from filing to receiving the green card. Absolutely amazing!
