I don't think anyone wants to find themselves in a situation needing a tenant lawyer. To have housing at risk, especially in a city like SF, is incredibly disruptive and anxiety-inducing. Wolford and Wayne gave me a space to be heard, brought sanity and clarity to a difficult situation, and assistance guiding towards a positive outcome. To say simply that this is good advice is an understatement. Their help brought peace of mind and security. I highly recommend working with them. Tenants are far too easily pushed around in SF. Don't sit back and not do anything. It's incredibly easy and beyond worth it to reach out to Wolford and Wayne for a simple consult and they're experts on where to go from there.

I had never had to have a lawyer before. Dealing with new landlord issues and leaving a home of almost a decade is an emotional, stressful, anxiety inducing, and sad process. The thought of having a lawyer represent you for an issue can add a whole layer to feeling overwhelmed, but I am so glad we were recommended to Jason at Wolford Wayne. Working with a lawyer streamlined communication, more than doubled the initial buyout offer, and overall gave me a louder voice. The living circumstances leading to our case were horrible. Jason's guidance and his team's work on our case transformed our lives. Words that come to mind are compassionate, transparent, responsive, professional and highly knowledgeable. Jason was particularly attune to our needs and concerns as a family with a young child. The position I was put in, having to find a tenant lawyer after the loss of my husband, was something in the likes of a nightmare. We inquired with a landlord/tenant issue and were very fortunate to have Michael Bracamontes represent us. Michael was amazing! Michael is a confident and personable guy. He walked us through the process and told us what to expect. During our mediation, Michael shared his thoughts on what he thought was taking place in the other mediation room. Sure enough, he accurately predicted the ultimate outcome and settlement amount. He knows the law and I'm so glad he was on our side! Thank you to Michael and staff for always being prompt and professional.

I was a paralegal at another firm. Many of Katarina’s former clients would come to our office for help. She assisted her clients in applying for relief they are not eligible for & still charged them. One client once quoted me “she charged me $16,000 for something I am now told, I can’t even apply for.” In some cases, there is nothing we could do. I even witnessed her yelling at a client in the lobby at the immigration court in broken Spanish. How can clients trust an attorney when they are demeaning them? I also have gone to my Godmother’s shop where another client of hers said to me “she embarrassed me in front of everyone and yelled at me next to my daughter. I paid the fee of $500 and I have not yet gotten a result. I had to take the loss.” She is ridiculous! Do not trust her.
