Fui referido a esta firma por mi familia, muy contento con la atención y dan citas a partir de las 8 a.m..

This firm was great when I first had them work on my DACA application and even a few renewals, but the last 4 years their level of customer service has gone down dramatically. Not only have I caught them in lies, but they also lack the ability to keep you updated on your case. From my perspective, and the perspective of a few other of their clients, they seem to be taking more cases than they can handle and therefore the quality of attention to push your case forward is lacking. We have given this firm lots of money between immediate and non-immediate family. Personally, I know lawyer services are not cheap and I don't have a problem paying what it is, but if one has to pay such amounts, we would like them to hold their end at least. This firm is not a bad firm, but I write this review to warn you that you may experience the same thing I and others have experienced. If you want a more responsive firm, you might want to look elsewhere. I hope they get it together because the people that works there are great people, but when it comes to providing service, this place needs work. I really really hope they get it together.
