I’m very satisfied with the service provided by Wilson and Eva. They were very professional from the initial consultation to the end of process. They answered promptly all the inquiries, giving well knowledgeable advices about documentation, interview, travels during COVID-19, and manny other topics related to our specific immigration process. The total price of the service is fair and well deserved.

Very good law firm, focused on helping people who are looking to legalize, start/finish processes in relation to becoming US residents and citizens and all matters related to UCSIS & immigration. Highly recommended!

unorganized , no communication at all, not even with their clients. If you dont call to check on the status of your case they won't bother to call you. They have many offices in different locations. You would assume that communication within their work environment would be top notch but it's actually the opposite. Different people working at the law firm will answer the phone completely clueless of what is going on with your case. My mom was patiently waiting for a response from the law firm regarding a immigration file which was supposedly submitted to FOIA back in 2021 come to find out that during those months the FOIA request was not submitted and Christopher Kerosky was not able to provide accurate information in regards to the supposedly FOIA application being submitted back in June of 2021. My mom got a devastating call from him saying he was not sure if the application was submitted. Imagine waiting for almost a year and hearing that he can't prove that the request was submitted. When you submit a FOIA application they provide you with a control number. Which he was not able to give and was going off assumption that his former case manager Andrea Carmona supposedly had sent the application. Christopher Kerosky told my mom to forget about the past, that he was going to resubmit the FOIA application and that by July of this year 2022 he would call her to give her an update. My mom was completely crushed. She waited so long for nothing. she felt as if they didn't value her time. That they didn't care for her. She went to them because she had heard from a relative that this law firm was really good but they showed the opposite. This is my first review and the reason why I want to share this is for you to be aware of what they are and who they stand for. They don't care about you as a person; they only see dollar signs when you walk in. Be careful and cautious.
