I'm so frustrated because thanks to them I'm off of work and pretty soon i might sleep in the streets no body care about my case no answer call them ,email them and no response amd i don't know what else to do,really frustrated and really upset.

I and my husband has been with the Sikh movement for 40 years, in 2018 we were told by our fellow USA Sikh member that this Jobe Law firm is a good place for my case, they told me to file my case with them, so I did. I and my husband were in a healthy condition both mentally and physically, now it’s been 4 years and I am a patient of stress and have gotten medical issue regarding my physical health, same for my husband, he got into a heart attack two weeks ago, whilst working on the case, and diagnosed with PTSD, and other mental issues by a psychiatrist who did an evaluation and then the heart attack happened weeks later. I am worried about my husband and my kids, within these 4 years there have been many medical issues due to the stress and worry about what will happen to the case. The receptionist at the front desk has told us that the case will be filed in 2019, since then we have gotten our lawyers and legal aids changed around five times, due to Covid-19, we couldn’t visit the office and ask for an update there physically. We’ve been asking for an update on the case through their email and phone number both personal number and landlines. “They just tell us to leave a voice message and they will call us.” But we haven’t gotten proper updates. There have been a lot of delays throughout the updates we get. Even though my case is being delayed and I am being stressed out, I don’t want to call out any names. I haven’t gotten a good experience with this law firm. There has been a lack of communication between the whole law firm, regarding the status and the document that we have submitted to the law firm. Please if you read this we want to get answers, kindly tell me what’s is happening in the firm, Mr. Jobe.

Dude my family applied for asylum when i was 15 and i am turning 19 now haven’t heard anything thing from them Very bad service then they disclaim responsibility. They took a case of mine, in the time they had it there were 4 different lawyers that I looked at every time I had an appointment. I don't know what was happening in the office but they changed a lot of lawyers and they did a very bad job for me due to lack of communication and order in the paperwork between them.

I have listed this 3 star just only because of the conversation I had with Mr. B jobe. he seems like an extremely professional and wise lawyer. Initially I have reached out to them through email and someone from their office name Preet initially spoke with me and told me the overall procedures of their law firm. I have paid 100 dollars for 15 minutes consultations, and I have been told how much money they will charge for this case etc. all in all, this phase of the journey was good. Afterwards, for last two months, I have emailed them three times, no responses. I spoke with Preet, he gave me Mr. B jobe's wife number and requested me to reach out to her NANCY. I did reach out to her with my case number and inquired about my case and situation no responses. Finally, On last july-2021 first week, I emailed to Preet again and requested them to let me know whether they have enough time or they are willing to take my case or not. I said, please do let me know since, I did my initial screening and paid money for the consultations, I hope you guys at least give me an answer whether you guys will accept my case or not, so that I can search further lawyers as per my case and narrative. However, its been two months since, they have not respond to my query. as per the reviews here in google, I am certain, he might be a great lawyer and this law firm might have a lot of case success, however, in my opinion, clients typically reach out to immigration lawyers when they are in a stressful situation, thus, establishing a proper communication can give a lot of mental support for the clients. In this regard, they lack professionalism and communication. this is my two cents regarding this law firm as per my personal experience. I wish this law firm and all future clients good luck on getting out of their trouble but please make sure to choose the right lawyer as per your situation/urgency. ******* Editing this review to give you guys more insight regarding this review, upon making this comment, Ms. Nancy told me to email her in this review thread, as you guys can see, she was trying to make things right. However, since then, I did call them, went to voicemail twice and I have sent her a detailed email on august second, and todays date is august 6, 2021. I have not received any email nor call for them. Thus, make sure to get someone who can communicate with you during the hard time. I think I should put my case in rest with them now.

Muy mal servicio 😡,muy mal trabajo que hacen y luego se deslindar de responsabilidad. Llevaron un caso mío, en el tiempo que lo tuvieron fueron tres abogados diferentes que mire cada vez que tenía una cita . No sé qué estaba pasando en la oficina pero cambiaron mucho de abogados y me hicieron muy mal trabajo por falta de comunicación y orden en el papeleos entre ellos .
