I really like there Service and how they deal with their clients and take things seriously and don’t rush through things I used to give reference to others whom need help with immigration But I really start to doubt that and feels like their quality of service is going downhill now they have more clients then they can manage properly First bad experience - I changed my residence address and I call and told them to file a form for a change of address What day did they just change the address on their files but they forgot to file a form to the immigration so when I went for my Master hearing after 1 year my judge ask for what address I live on guess what my judge don’t have the right address why because of them Second bad experience - I lost my work permit so I have to apply for replacement so I called and make an appointment they give me appointment after a month then I wait I got call when is my appointment she said she going to send me papers which I had to sign and send her back but I waited for 3 days I got no email from her then I call and leave her a message I got no reply back then I called an office after 2 weeks they said they going to let her know and she’s gonna call me Back and now they are saying oh they are busy we are doing this and that It’s still gonna take us long time to get to your application then what’s the meaning of appointment I feel Now their quality of service is not what it’s used to

This office is a great place. Everyone is thoroughly professional. I got the decision in my favor with the help of this law office. Mr. Jobe went himself with me in the court. The process takes time only because of homeland department . So please have patience and trust on Mr Jobe and I can guarantee you that your job will be done.

Receptionist was impolite. Didn't even let me explain my husband situation rushed me off the phone. So bummed out I had heard great things about Mr. Jobe.
