I have spent months trying to understand my rights. I have contacted the EEOC, the ADA, the Job Accommodation Network, the EDD, and the CRD. All of these organizations send me back to one another. None have been able to answer my questions. Oleg was able to answer questions. He turned a 3 month project, into a 40 min conversation. I recommend contacting Le Clerc law for any questions you have about your rights. You can reach out to them on their website. Submit a form. They will respond to you. I received a response the same day I submitted my request.
