I was driving for Uber and unfortunately got into a car accident with a hit and run in 2018. A fellow Uber driver recommended victor to me because he helped him out in the past. I’m a very shy person and almost didn’t go see victor because of my anxiety but he made everything feel comfortable for me. And I’m a bit slow and he made sure I understood the process and was willing to explain himself over and over lol. It was easy to communicate with him and he explained the process of everything in full detail. Short story lol. I was in another accident in 2021 in Miami FL and had another lawyer in Miami take that case but that lawyer was nothing like victor he made me feel uncomfortable everytime I didn’t understand something I would ask ti repeat and I can hear the frustration in his voice. Then when that lawyer ran into the same issues victor ran into with my identity theft that lawyer instead of helping me like victor did he dropped my case like a hot potato. This is why I’m so happy my first experience with a lawyer was with victor because he didn’t give up on me. He kept working through the issues and he helped me out big times.
