He took my interests and concerns seriously. Additionally, his processes were streamlined, and his staff members were clear communicators which made the entire process significantly easier than it could have been. While case-related information was definitely needed from me, it was more of a go about my life and wait for the good news experience than a constant scramble for repeat or arbitrary information.
