I had been turned down by other lawyers; told my Case was going to fail, “based on years of experience.” I kept looking and then I told Scott my story. He believed in my case and her believed in me. He worked on my issue for three years while the insurance company found every possible bogus excuse to create obstacles and delay the process. We won the case and that is because I had right in my side and Scott not only saw it, but ACTED on it, for which I will be forever grateful.

Words cannot express how truly grateful I am because of Mr. Scott Kalkin. Unfortunately I had multiple upper extremity surgeries in 2012 which left me disabled and unable to work. I had to utilize my long term disability policy from my employer that I paid for since 2000.
