I don’t have a ton of experience with lawyers, but would 100% recommend working with Cary after utilizing him to help with our prenuptial agreement. Cary was knowledgeable, quick to respond, and made the process as easy and straightforward as possible. Since Cary was my lawyer and my partner had a different lawyer, I can tell you that our experience was one of extreme differences. While Cary was no nonsense, great at listening and modifying the document to support our wishes, and respectful of our timeline- my partners lawyer was an absolute nightmare for us both. One large difference between the two was that Cary had a flat rate fee and my spouses lawyer charged by the hour. Because of this, I firmly believe his lawyer drew the process out as much as possible, often completely disregarding our express wishes, and did everything extremely last minute- causing a lot of stress and unnecessary anxiety for us all. That said, Cary did a fabulous job handling working with someone so unimpressive, and I believe is the only reason we ended up with a document at all.

Today, Mike contacted us to share the fantastic news that our son's case was dismissed. This was no easy feat. Our son received a DUI in Nov. 2020, and to make matters worse, fentanyl (not intentionally ingested) was found in his system. For more than 3 years, Mike Silveira fought for our son, never giving up and doing everything legally possible to have the case dismissed. AMAZING!!! Got my 2nd DUI dismissed!!!! (small collision involved, no one hurt so I cannot believe it). Absolutely useless. $800 down the drain. No further communication on what could have been done to appeal the ticket as well. Don't recommend this firm.

CASE DISMISSED Tldr: Officer R. Torres pulled me over and ticketed me for violations I did not violate. Silveira Law came through and got my case dismissed I was pulled over by Officer R. Torres on my motorcycle for lane splitting and speeding over the Bay Bridge when I was going the speed limit, and lane splitting is legal in CA. Officer Torres tried to say I was going 80 in a 50. Interesting because no one drives the speed limit on Bay Bridge. Flow of traffic is 60-80. But I was about to exit so I was actually going 50mph heading to my exit, but because my motorcycle at the time was loud I guess officer Torres ignorantly assumed I was speeding. Thankfully I had a camera on my motorcycle recording everything, so I told him I was going speed limit and I have it on camera, and he decided not to charge me for speeding 80 in a 50. He ended up charging me for A) 22350 VC: unsafe speed while lane splitting B) 21750(A) VC: modified exhaust C) 16028(A) VC: no insurance A) He was blatantly lying about my unsafe speed while lane splitting. I was going speed limit, and Officer Torres was also ahead of me until I got onto the exit ramp, so he has no idea what speed I was going nor did he see me lane splitting. He didn't even see me until I was on the exit ramp going 30mph, but what can I do against a cop's word, even if he's a liar. B) I did have an illegally modified track exhaust so Torres was right to ticket me for that C) I was fully insured at the time when he pulled me over. Unfortunately he said he was in a hurry and didn't want to wait for me to pull my insurance ID card on my phone so he gave me a 16028(a) VC violation and marked it non correctable. Even though I had insurance. He marked it non correctable on the ticket. Even if I didn't have insurance at the time it should be a correctable violation. So I would have had to pay close to $1,000 for this violations despite the fact I was fully insured. I believe Officer R. Torres maybe was having a bad day and was deliberately trying to make my life difficult, because he was blatantly lying and charging me for violations I did not violate. Thankfully Silveira law was able to pick up this case and help defend me in the court of law, and after a little over a year Silveira and the team were able to get my case dismissed with no penalties nor fines. Thank you Silveira and team! This is the 2nd case I brought to them on my motorcycle that they got dismissed. I would give 10 stars if possible. If you're looking for a traffic lawyer, look no further. You've found the best.

First time using a lawyer and am so glad I did. Not only that they managed to resolve the case in my favor, but the office was also professional, responsive and made me feel like i have a friend in a law business :) I was skeptic about hiring a lawyer about 'minor' traffic violation, but I am so glad I did.
