I had some tax concerns that I wanted to consult with an expert. Several CPAs and lawyers turned me down after I mentioned that I am an international student (I guess a student case is not economically attractive to them). Last week I called Andrew to his SF office and he talked with me for about 10 minutes. After the first few questions he told me that I currently not need legal help, but still continued answering some of my other questions after that. Andrew was courteous and honest, I felt very relieved after talking with him.

I am an expat who needed help with FBARs compliance. I first contacted another attorney who claimed to be an expert but his office was just a mill with voicemail after the intial consultation. Mr. Jones tailor- made an appropriate solution for us by his probing intake questions which really honed in on the facts of our case. As an attorney myself, I appreciated his timely responsiveness and full answers to all my questions. He did the work in one week which was a big relief. I would highly recommend his expertise and practical advice.

I explained Andrew about my FBar quandary... he was able to put me at ease very quickly. Wish I could afford him. If you can afford him, don't look anywhere for International Tax matters.

My CPA accountant made a very unprofessional mistake in filling out Form 3520 and I was facing over $300,000 in penalties. (Because I am an international student. Some policies are different for American residents.) Attorney Jones explained what mistakes my accountant made and helped me correct them and resubmit Form 3530. Let me feel his professionalism and meticulousness. About half a year later, the IRS has removed all $300,000 of Form 3520 penalties！ Thank you, Andrew.
