Our landlord attempted to break the terms of our lease unilaterally. TLDR, our attorney was empathetic, professional/trustworthy, highly efficient, and worthy every dollar. From start to finish, it was a pleasure (no hyperbole!) to work with this firm. I was able to interact with them entirely by phone and over e-mail. I'm in Silicon Valley and would have driven up to SF, but I'm glad I didn't have to do so. Our attorney did thorough research prior to our calls, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, drafted letters that were affordable, and perhaps most importantly gave me confidence and a sense of calm (priceless!).
