I highly recommend Tenant Law Group. Upon moving out of my rental, my management company tried to claim rent beyond the lease expiration date incorrectly claiming that California law requires a 30-day notice regardless of when the lease term ends. Eric Toscano was extremely helpful answering my questions and providing helpful legal guidance that quickly got my issue resolved and saved me thousands of dollars. Eric was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond. It’s great to have Eric and Tenant Law Group on your side!
