I initially received a free consultation with rep Thomas Gatti. He really took his time to listen in understanding my current situation. Extremely responsive and very professional. Due to the complexity of my case I decided to invest in the silver consult with attorney Aser Tolentino. I’m blown away by the amount of respect and patience he had in handling my consult. To be honest I broke down a couple times 😭 because of the on going stress. Aser went above and beyond in not only opening his ears but his heart when he listened to my concerns. Can’t say enough positive things about this Law Group; they truly do love respect and the law and will do everything they can to make sure both you as a client and they as your lawfirm will make a good match. Mark Potter is one of the most knowledgeable lawyers I have ever meet. Anyone who complains about this law firm and there expertise of practice clearly doesn’t understand law. In most cases, it takes time in order for a case to progress. You want to have Mark and his team represent you. So stop listening to the people who are on here complaining about how they didn’t get there money fast enough or how the team didn’t give them an update. They got an update when it was warranted and I’m sure Mark and his team did everything they could humanly do to help try to win there case. This is why as a Disabled veteran myself approve of this law-firm for Veterans just like me! I also find it funny how these business owners say oh well it’s just a minor violation how they are the victim in all this because they are not following the law to provide access to disabled people? Doesn’t make sense that business owners are more worried about their business being ruined because they got sued for not following the law, then providing access to disabled people.

I contacted the Tenant Law Group to help me with a bad situation with a former landlord and had the pleasure of speaking to Tom Gatti. He was sympathetic, friendly and didn't rush as I explained what happened. My experience with the Tenant Law Group was through the 30 and 60 minute Zoom meeting consultations with Aser and he was exceptional throughout the process, answering all the questions I had and providing insight and specific suggestions for my situation. Every minute you can book with him is worth it!

I had a Silver Consultation Scheduled with Aser. He was on time and answered my questions to the best of his knowledge. I was told before the consultation that I would receive a written plan afterwards but found out during the consultation I would only receive that if I had paid for the platinum plan. If you are paying to have a meeting with the Tenant Law Group, make sure you take copious notes during and get reference numbers for the California Legal Code you might need to use.

Tenant Law Group is the best around! If you are a tenant and your not sure If your landlord is within the laws, call Tenant Law Group for advice, it is worth it!! Even if you dont think you have rights because you only had a verbal agreement or verbal lease or even without rent receipts, you still have rights so call them. Before finding Tenant Law Group, I had called other law firms to try to get some help or advice but i couldn't find anyone, i felt like they were in it for the money and not to help the client or help their community. I thought i would just have to deal with my landlords harassment, retaliation, lock out and other illegal antics he was pulling on me. Then I spoke to Eric and him and his entire team were amazing. They were all very professional and reassuring, they answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. I felt taken care of when I was completely at a loss as to what to do next.
