I did not use K&L, but was on the other side in a legal action that I took. They actually did not answer the complaint - handing me a default judgment. I would never expect that from a law firm of their size and reputation.

Ms. Adams did a fantastic job representing hotel management through a myriad of employee claims, and Union discussions. She maintained a calming professionalism in a heated environment.

I needed a new employment agreement and a thorough review of our employee compensation policies and employee handbook; done on VERY short notice. I was referred to Ms. Adams and was not disappointed! She was incredibly responsive and efficient. Although my business is located in California, we have several employees in Virginia. Much to my surprise she was familiar with both states, made quick work of my request, and educated me considerably in the process. I previously muddled through projects like this because I never had an attorney that made me feel like my needs were important or a priority. I always felt like I was too small and my requests always went to the bottom of the stack. Ms. Adams has certainly turned me around and is my new Go To attorney!
