My husband and I recently settled a five year long injury case against a major corporation. This accident not only destroyed our lives but our son in law also sustained very similar injuries to my husband. We believe their injuries were sustained from a product failure. Although we knew that we also had to attend a settlement conference and attempt to settle this case out of court once more but we honestly didn't think we would settle. After countless sleepless nights and an unwavering amount of hours put into our case we finally were able to come to a settlement agreement that will never give us our life back but it definitely help us move forward.
