We withdrew because the school moved locations after we executed the application contract (which we knew about) to a highly undesirable location in a commercial district immediately behind an auto "row" (which we didn't know about ahead of time, but the school did). Under Rosanne's guidance and review, I drafted a letter requesting that the school drop its demand for tuition and return our deposits accompanied by copies of correspondence, information about the criminal activity in the vicinity of the new school location and other relevant information, and indicated my willingness to sue in small claims court to settle the matter if necessary. To our great delight, the school completely reversed its demand and agreed to our terms and we've now received the money. Rosanne's advice was instrumental to this outcome, as she was proactive in ensuring we moved swiftly, provided ample documentation, reviewed and corrected the form and content of my draft and even gave great instruction in how to assemble and package the letter and supporting information physically for maximum effect. We are very happy with the service Roseanne gave us and would not hesitate to recommend her to others or use her services again were the need to arise.
