Scott Darrell Schwartz is a very knowledgeable lawyer. He really knows what he is doing. He is someone that I can trust with my bankruptcy. Creditors doesn't call me anymore ever since all my debts have been discharged.

I was confused, embarassed and so SCARED about filing for bankruptcy. I was searching the web for information thinking that maybe I could do it all myself, when I saw his ad for a free one-hour phone consultation. I was skeptical, to be sure, but I called and made a phone appointment. I was beyond pleasantly surprised. My phone rang right on time. I probably spoke to him for longer than an hour and he answered all of my questions and put me quite at ease with the whole process. I never felt embarrassed or guilty as Scott explained the costs, the law and the time-line. Everything went exactly as he had explained and when it was time to go to court, he put me at ease about that, also. He could not be there for the hearing, but the associate who was there was terrific and put me at ease. Scott was also available to help me with some issues that came up after the hearing. This was my first experience with Bankruptcy so I have no one to compare him to, but in my mind, he a wonderful attorney and helped me immensely. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, any time. My Bankruptcy was finalized when I was told it would be and I am now on my way to re-building my credit. I needed to do a bankruptcy and hired a lawyer that a friend recommended to me. After paying almost $4000 this lawyer lallygaged and did nothing. Then when i pushed to get something done, he wanted more money. I went to Scott with my problem and with minimal costs, all was fixed quickly and easily.

Scott is a wonderful Lawyer who is not only intelligent about the Law, but also takes the the time to listen to the questions a client has about what will happen with your case. He is also a very kind and gets things done. He or his staff are always there to help if you call with follow up questions or need something for the court.
