Stephen was a fantastic help in dealing with construction issues at our house. He was extremely thorough and professional. I felt he gave really informed advice regarding our contract with our engineer. He was attentive and considerate. He understood our position and directed us appropriately. He didn't try to force us to actions that we weren't comfortable with. I felt like we were in good hands if the conflict had escalated; he carefully protected us and informed us of all the options if we wanted to seek damages. He was very understanding and patient with us, as we are not used to dealing with these types of legal issues. He gave us a voice when we didn't have one, and was able to get immediate action from our engineer. With Stephen's help, we were able to avoid further lengthy delays and financial setbacks in the construction of our house. He's a great guy, and a brilliant lawyer.
