I am an attorney who represents workers in state and federal courts. We are in a dispute with our landlord and had not been able to get all of the support that we needed to help figure out what our next step was. Rich landlords with their expensive lawyers are frightening and intimidating. I didn't think I could afford to fight them. BELIEVE ME...you can't afford NOT to. The hourly rate might make your eyes water a bit but don't let that scare you. It's not that bad and worth every cent! Mr. Tobener is a fearless fighter and as smart as they come. He knows the laws concerning tenant rights. Every communication I sent to him received a response in a timely manner. Every time I would think 'I wonder what the progress is?' One day as I was looking at the news, I saw an attorney that remind me of a young F. Lee Bailey. At the time the apartment building in which I live was being changed over to new owners, and the wanted everyone to move out of their apartment within a short period of time.
