Joseph Tobener is without peer in the practice of law representing tenants versus landlords. As a tenant, you need to know your rights but that alone isn't enough. You need a lawyer to enforce those rights. You need to call Joe. I did and Joe got me compensation for the violation of my tenant rights.

Having to be forced to move out of a unit that I had rented for almost ten years by a landlord who simply wanted me out for their own selfish personal agenda and financial gain, I was literally left homeless, helpless, highly stressed and distraught.
