The best service by Tobener Ravenscroft! I had a free consultation with Tina and she was so helpful, kind and caring! She gave me useful tips on how to proceed and helped to develop a strategy. As an entrepreneur, I can tell that they really care about their clients, even without any financial compensation - they just really want to help. Businesses like these are very rare!
I highly recommend them and will tell my friends about their outstanding service and willingness to really help their clients!

Amazing lawyer best by far your search should stop here. Not only was he a real person he sat there and explained my situation never rushing g me off the phone took periodic stops to ask me if I understood and just just a all round good human bean.

I would highly recommend Tobener Ravenscroft if you are a tenant that needs help dealing with a landlord situation. In my case it was a buyout offer. Jim Lucey (my lawyer) was great. Their prices are reasonable and fair. You really need a lawyer to help you in these situations - do not try to handle it on your own.

I spoke with a woman from this firm last year re: our case here in LA. She was the first person to take some serious time with me on the phone and she said that, though they couldn't take the case (because of distance), we had a good one. It encouraged us to keep looking and we have representation now and are moving forward on a constructive eviction case. [Meanwhile, what's happened in SF is only beginning down here. reminds me of the dustbowl displacements.]
