My experience with Joe Tobener and Jackie Ravenscroft was beyond what I could have hoped for. I was in a very scary situation, very unsure of my rights and what was possible, and as soon as we started on the case I felt safe and protected. It was immediately clear that I was working with master lawyers, and I also felt that they really cared about me. I always felt like I had a warrior beside me, fighting to get the best possible resolution, and that is exactly what happened. I couldn’t give a stronger recommendation. Don’t try to do it alone. Trust me, it’s worth it.

They are only tenancy advocates for rich tenants. If you are seeking advice, and not taking your landlord to court, you are better off going to the SF tenant union, as they won't charge you $200 for thirty minutes of describing "what your options are for resolving your matter on your own without legal representation". If you are looking to take your landlord to court, that's a whole other matter, and then other reviews of their services may be more beneficial for you.
