Great service, friendly, and professional

I am deeply thankful for Arusyak's support and expertise in my recent domestic violence case, where I was wrongfully accused by my ex. Referred by my divorce lawyer, choosing Arusyak proved to be an excellent decision. To be in a divorce, with alot of strong negative feeling, and helpiness, and financial burden is already overwhelming. Then find a attonery to help you is even more difficult. I am so happy that I was able to find Arusyak. Arusyak, with a deserved 5-star or even more rating, truly cares for her clients. Navigating through lawyers, child custody, and divorce is stressful and costly, but Arusyak's reasonable fees and professionalism made it more bearable. In my case, my ex's lawyer used questionable tactics. They agreed to withdraw the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) due to improper application and weak evidence but didn't file for dismissal as promised. Arusyak's vigilance was key. She noticed the discrepancy and represented me on Zoom with the San Mateo Court, averting a potential default judgment against me. Her meticulousness was crucial. I'm immensely grateful to Arusyak. It's comforting to find lawyers genuinely dedicated to resolving clients' problems rather than just profiting. I highly recommend her services and am thankful for her aid, hoping she continues to assist others as she did me.

Was recommended to von rock law when in need of probate lawyer. was given some initial info over email and then was set up with a consult. Which was free. That part is good. The consult was informative, but ultimately it felt like they weren't very concerned with my questions about procedure. They also were put off as it wasn't a straightforward probate - no will, no easy way to determine what to do with money and property. I then was told that the estate I was working with wasn't large enough for them to take on because it was under a million dollars. Turns out it actually was over that, but I didn't have all available info at the time of consult. OK - no wonder you seemed dismissive during that initial meeting. Perhaps being more upfront about what you need to take on a case from the get go would have saved everyone time/hassle. The assistant who informed me was flip and not super pleasant. When I asked for referrals to offices that might deal with a smaller estate they didn't respond. Even though their email said if I wanted a referral they could make one. I ended up asking my own estate attorney [who doesn't deal in probate, only planning] for a referral and found someone who was more than happy and much more qualified to assist in the probate. I would have let all that go except I recently received a text asking for a review. Really? You don't check to see who you are asking for a review? How lazy. So would I recommend them? I suppose if you are wealthy they'll do their job pleasantly with smiles, but I personally would NEVER use their services after my experience. In a time of grief, such shallowness is not appreciated. They definitely made me feel as if the amount they might make with me wasn't worth their time and energy - which again if you say so up front would be much more understandable. Even though I think all in all it would have been a simple case, another law firm happily took my money.
